RESERVATIONS / BILLING POLICY

1. For easy , convenient , fast reservation you can reserve online or by Phone: Just call Ms. Pinky Aguiling (Resort Manager ) with Mobile Number: (0063) 0919-273-4578 .

2.Coordinate to Front Office Riza Reyes at Landline (036) 288-1617 or your corresponding travel agency and reservations officers before arrival to confirm validity of your Reservation.

3.Only reservation request confirmed by the Front Office seven days (7) days prior to arrival shall be honored.

4.Validate and counter check reservation through e-mail or call Landline # (036) 288-1617.

5. Published rates shall be applied to all walk in guest and must be paid upon Check-Out or upon request of the Front Office.

6. For all walk -in guest and reservations, as standard hotel policy we require 50% deposit of your entire hotel stay.

7. Reservation must be paid in full by the contracting agency before the Reservations Department confirmed and issue Statements of Account with Official Receipts.

8. NO REFUND ALLOWED DURING PEAK SEASON

10. Proof of payments such as bank deposit slip, telegraphic transfer, Booking Confirmation,travel agency voucher must be faxed, e-mailed, scanned to Boracay Royale Residence Inn IMMEDIATELY after payment has been made.

CANCELLATION POLICY
a. Reservation without Booking Confirmation and travel Agency voucher at least (7) seven days prior to the date of arrival shall be automatically canceled unless written request for revision is provided.

b. Cancellation for confirmed reservation made (4) four days prior to the date of arrival shall be charged at (50%) fifty percent of the total amount.

c. No refund shall be extended for cancellation made (3) days or less prior to date of intended stay.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY

BORACAY ROYALE RESIDENCE INN -shall not be held liable for the failure to service of confirmed reservations due to natural calamities like typhoon, labor dispute, natural disasters and other conditions beyond our control.
